Programa de Capacitaci\u00f3n en Preparaci\u00f3n Operacional es un programa de capacitaci\u00f3n colaborativo y personalizado para fortalecer la capacidad operativa de las ONG para responder a los principales brotes de enfermedades actuales y futuros en entornos humanitarios, a trav\u00e9s de un enfoque de aprendizaje combinado y codise\u00f1ado. Dise\u00f1ado y dirigido espec\u00edficamente a ONG nacionales o peque\u00f1as ONG internacionales, el programa de capacitaci\u00f3n incluye:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Capacidad organizacional y evaluaci\u00f3n de riesgos; sesiones de aprendizaje fundamental (virtuales)<\/li>\n<li>Simulaci\u00f3n digital de un d\u00eda de preparaci\u00f3n y respuesta ante brotes (en persona)<\/li>\n<li>Cuatro d\u00edas de sesiones de formaci\u00f3n personalizadas y soporte t\u00e9cnico (presencial)<\/li>\n<li>Mentor\u00eda dedicada y soporte t\u00e9cnico (virtual)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/section><\/p><\/div>\n<style
