Estas medidas deben implementarse durante las siguientes cuatro fases: (1) Preparaci\u00f3n preepid\u00e9mica (2) Alerta (identificaci\u00f3n, investigaci\u00f3n y evaluaci\u00f3n de riesgos) (3) Respuesta al brote y operaciones de contenci\u00f3n (4) Evaluaci\u00f3n posepid\u00e9mica.
