10 Steps to Community Readiness

This toolbox, developed by the Risk Communication and Community Engagement (RCCE) Collective Service, provides 10 steps for RCCE to support COVID-19, and other epidemic, responses. Together, they put communities at the heart of the roll-out of new vaccines, treatments and tests, and promote trust – the critical ingredient for all community action.
